Online and Phone OCD Support Groups

For many years, a small group of dedicated volunteers have been managing dozens of online support groups covering many different OCD and related disorders topics. All groups are moderated and occasionally visited by therapists who treat OCD and OC related disorders. A free Yahoo! login is required to participate in most of the groups (not including the groups listed under “Online Groups utilizing Google Hangout” or “Phone Support Groups”).

Online Support Groups utilizing Google Hangout

  • The Center for Cognitive Behavioral-Psychotherapy is proud to host to new online OCD support groups. Both group facilitators, Dr. Jordan Levy and Dr. Amber Brandes, have received training in the understanding and treatment of OCD. Groups will be held via Google Hangout — one for those residing in the USA and one for those residing elsewhere throughout the globe. Each group lasts for approximately an hour and a half and is composed of 6-8 people, with the same goals and objectives as our in-person OCD support groups. Fee is $45 per session, processed by credit card. Please call (212) 686-6886 to inquire about attending, or email
