EXHIBITING, ADVERTISING, and SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES — Now Available!
We are now accepting applications for marketing opportunities at the conference. If you are interested in exhibiting, advertising, and/or sponsoring the Annual OCD Conference, visit the Marketing Opportunities section of the Conference Website to view or download the 2014 Prospectus. On this page, you can learn about the various opportunities available, as well as find the applications you need to submit in order to be considered. This is a great way to support the conference, as well as make sure your organization/clinic is highlighted throughout the OCD community!

HOTEL RESERVATIONS — Now Available!
Hyatt Regency Century Plaza
The hotel room block for the conference is now open! The 21st Annual OCD Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, located at 2025 Avenue of the Stars, Los Angeles, CA. In order to make reservations at the special discounted rate set aside for conference attendees, go to the travel page of the Conference website. The deadline for booking hotel rooms at the discounted conference rate is June 28, 2014; however, we have sold out of rooms at the conference hotel much earlier than that in recent years, so be sure to book your hotel room sooner rather than later to guarantee your reservation!

PROPOSAL SYSTEM OPENS — January 2, 2014
The conference proposal system will officially open for submissions on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 5:00pm ET.  At this time, we will begin accepting proposals for conference activities, including workshops, the Keynote Address, support groups, evening activities, and research posters. Each of these categories will have a separate submission process with mandatory requirements. Please take the time to read through the directions carefully prior to submitting! For more information or to submit a proposal, please visit: www.ocd2014.org/submit-a-proposal.

PROPOSAL SYSTEM CLOSES — February 3, 2014
The conference proposal system will officially close on Monday, February 3, 2014 at 5:00pm ET. At this time, we will no longer be accepting proposals for workshops, the Keynote Address, support groups, or evening activities — there will be no exceptions to this deadline. We will still be accepting research poster submissions, and will continue to do so until May 2014.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED — March 3, 2014
The full conference schedule of workshops, support groups, evening activities, and professional trainings will be announced on Monday, March 3, 2014. The schedule will be made available on the conference website, as well as within the Registration Brochure.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION OPENS — March 10, 2014
Registration for the conference will begin on Monday, March 10, 2014. There will be several types of registration based on age and whether or not you are a mental health student/trainee or licensed professional, as well as varying rates based on IOCDF membership. Like in 2013, you will be able to register for the conference in three ways: 1) online, using our secure payment module on the conference website, 2) over the phone, working with IOCDF office staff; or 3) by submitting a hard copy of the registration form via fax or mail. Remember to register as soon as you can before the Early Bird Deadline in June 2014! After the Early Bird Deadline has passed, the prices for each type of registration will go up.

VOLUNTEER AND SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES — March 2014
In an effort to make the conference more affordable for more people, the IOCDF offers reduced and free registration through our Conference Scholarship and Volunteer programs. Volunteers work as room monitors, assist with registration, or provide general support during the conference, while scholarships are awarded on a needs-based scale. In 2014, we plan to offer around 30 Volunteer positions and 20 Scholarships. Volunteering at the conference will provide free registration, while being awarded a Scholarship will provide a reduced-cost registration. The application processes for both opportunities will open in March 2014 — keep an eye on our conference website for more information to be posted in February 2014!

Please let us know if you have any questions about any of these dates & deadlines. We are so excited for our 21st Annual OCD Conference and can’t wait to see you all in Los Angeles next July!
