“Art therapy to Reduce Stress and Anxiety for Adults”

An art therapy session delivered by art therapist Katie Flowers to help calm the mind and body for sufferers of stress, OCD, anxiety and other mental health disorders. Research has shown that art therapy has reduced stress significantly in individuals. This event is co-hosted by OCDAHK and Wild Art Studio.
