OCD Georgia welcomes IOCDF spokespeople Elizabeth McIngvale, PhD, and Ethan Smith, along with local therapist Adam Funderburk, LPC to our 2015 OCD Awareness Week Event!

Elizabeth and Ethan bring stories of hope and encouragement to OCD Georgia. Both struggled with severe OCD for many years before receiving life-changing treatment and are now passionate about giving back to the OCD community and helping others. Their heart-warming stories will be an encouragement to all those who attend!

Adam is a local therapist who has found much success incorporating mindfulness practice with his clients as they work through the challenges of OCD and OCD-related disorders. Adam was first introduced to mindfulness as part of martial arts training and later, more thoroughly through Buddhist practice. He believes the addition of mindfulness to CBT/ERP can help clients have a fuller, longer-lasting recovery.

RSVP Request by 10/12/2015 to info@ocdgeorgia.org.
