OCD Week free introductory support group session

Join us for this free introductory support group session. No commitment required. This is for anyone that struggles with OCD and perfectionism. Through the use of structured journaling you will learn how to identify your strengths, fears, and create a plan for how to embrace uncertainty and discomfort in the service of your values.
