Yoga for Anxiety and Well-being

We are organising a series of mental health related events in the coming months, such as yoga, nutrition talk, psychiatry talk, art therapy, and meditation.

The upcoming one will be Yoga for Anxiety and Well-Being led by Hersha Chellaram, held on 27 April.

To learn more about the teacher:

Yoga is known as a natural anxiety and stress relief. By reducing perceived stress and anxiety, yoga modulates stress response systems, this decreases physiological arousal, reduces the heart rate, lowers blood pressure, and eases respiration.
