Donate in Cryptocurrency

The IOCDF partners with The Giving Block to facilitate donations made via a variety of cryptocurrencies.

Donating cryptocurrency to a 501(c)3 public charity is a non-taxable event, meaning you do not owe capital gains tax on the appreciated amount and can deduct it from your taxes. This makes Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency donations one of the most tax-efficient ways to support the IOCDF and those affected by obsessive compulsive disorder and other anxiety disorders.

We accept 80+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Zcash (ZEC), Gemini Dollar (GUSD), Basic Attention Token (BAT), Chainlink (LINK), 0x (ZRX), Storj (STORJ), Dai (DAI), Amp (AMP), The Graph (GRT), UMA (UMA), 1inch (1INCH).

If you provide an email through the form to the right, you will automatically receive a tax receipt after donating.

How it works: Through our partners the Giving Block, your cryptocurrency donation is instantly transferred to USD and the IOCDF receives its cash value. This way, your donation makes an instant impact on our programs. Please note, we will not be holding or investing in cryptocurrency at this time.
