As part of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Awareness Week, OCD Texas is hosting it’s annual conference for clinicians and suffers at the Hilton Post Oak Galleria (2001 Post Oak Blvd) in Houston, TX on Saturday, October 13th from 8:30am to 5pm. Our theme this year is “OCD, It’s Not an Adjective: Breaking Free from Stereotypes.”
This is a free event for OCD sufferers, their families, and professionals. We aim to spread awareness about OCD and share information about the most effective treatment options, have questions answered by local experts, and learn from those who have worked through challenges living with OCD.
Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Psychologists* are eligible for 4.5 continuing education credit hours.
*As included in the 10 allowable annual hours that are not institutionally provided (see TSBEP Rules 461.11(c)(2) and 461.11(c)(3)).
