Join us for a family-friendly, carnival-themed, stigma-busting event with exposure activities and guest speakers (Kyle King, MSI, Rachel Davis, MD, and Alie Garza, LCSW) who will share their own experiences living with OCD.
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm:
Exposure Booths: Learn about exposure and response prevention therapy for OCD by observing or participating (optional) in fun exposure booths designed around common OCD fears.
Imperfection, Social Anxiety, Sensory Challenges, Vomit and Other Bodily Fluids, Bathroom Contamination, Worst Case Scenario preparedness, Magical Thinking, and Harm OCD, VCA Animal Hospital
Recovery Station: A calm space to separate from the fun and excitement of the atrium will be open and available to all for the full duration of the event. This space will provide recovery tools, pleasant distractions, and supportive staff.
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm: Keynote Speakers
3:30 pm – 5:00 pm: Exposure Booths Continued
2:00 pm and 4:00 pm Improv Event

Join us for an exhilarating improv experience that combines positivity, playfulness, and the art of the unknown! In this workshop, you’ll dive into the heart of public speaking and being put on the spot, where participants will take center stage in fun improv games.
