It is so important to talk about the reality of mental health struggles within faith communities. And yet, whether an individual is engaging in a synagogue, church, mosque, temple, or another house of worship, getting the conversation started can feel overwhelming. This faith roundtable will focus on starting the conversation on mental health in faith communities, as we discuss ways to share stories, encourage treatment, and tackle stigma.
