Dr. Stephanie Pinder-Amaker and Dr. Lauren Wadsworth are co-authors of Did That Just Happen?! Beyond ‘Diversity’ –Creating Sustainable and Inclusive Organizations, and Co-Founders of Twin Star Diversity Trainers, offering skill-building trainings to organizations.

Dr. Stephanie Pinder-Amaker is the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer and the Founding Director of the College Mental Health Program, at McLean Hospital. She is also an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Lauren Wadsworth serves as a Senior Advisor to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. She is the founder and director of the Genesee Valley Psychology (GVP), an OCD clinic providing evidence-based treatment to the Rochester, NY area. She is a Clinical Senior Instructor in Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
