Relationship OCD is a subtype of the disorder  in which people experience intrusive thoughts related to their relationship with their romantic partner and other platonic relationships. These obsessions and compulsions center on doubts or fears about the relationship. The person may experience uncertainty about whether their partner really loves them or whether the relationship will last.
