Who Can Attend: This conference is especially suited for mental health professionals, school psychologists, educators, guidance counselors, nursing professionals, college students, and parents of children with OCD and anxiety disorders.
Our Guest Speakers: Four messages from local mental health professionals will address the unique needs of children with anxiety disorders and OCD. Topics include anxiety disorder prevention, best-evidence treatment for anxiety disorders and OCD, and school based accommodations for children. You will learn about the legislation behind the 504 Plan, the Individualized Education Plan (IEP), and how to work with the school system. Learn about local support and resources for families.
