The third annual Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) walk in Santa Clarita is set to take place in October, bringing awareness to the condition. The OCD awareness walk is scheduled to take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, October 21, at the Duane Harte Park located at 26401 Riverrock Way, Santa Clarita, according to officials.

The grassroots group, OCD Awareness SCV, aims to reduce stigma and create community while decreasing the time frame for receiving effective treatment through their upcoming walk and community event. At the event hear from people with lived experience with OCD in the Santa Clarita Valley. Build community with those who love them, find resources, information and build a sense of belonging and support at the only event of its kind in our area.
