Yoga for Anxiety Relief

Anxiety can be crippling and manifests in the body with tightness, pain and the inability to move or breathe. The mind is a circus with thoughts whirring around constantly. Yoga works simply to soothe an overactive nervous system, and is accessible to accommodate bodies of all types, abilities and backgrounds.
In this 90-minute workshop, award-winning yoga therapist Hersha Chellaram will guide you through a series of movements, sequences and breathing techniques to regulate your nervous system and provide you with techniques that you can practice at home.
