SUMMARY:Zaragoza OCD Walk
DESCRIPTION:The first OCD Walk in Zaragoza took place in 2021\, serving as a precursor to the TOC Zaragoza Association joining the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) as a Global Partner. We look forward to continuing to provide a space for connection\, support\, and education for everyone affected by OCD in Zaragoza and beyond. \nThe goal of all these walks is threefold: \n1. To offer a community where those affected can come together\, share experiences\, and support one another\n2. To raise awareness and reduce the stigma associated with OCD\n3. To raise funds to support the IOCDF’s objectives \nThe TOC Zaragoza Association shares the same goals as the IOCDF. Funds raised will go toward: \n– grants for OCD research studies\n– specialized OCD training courses\n– OCD awareness campaigns\n– talks and conferences on OCD

SUMMARY:Art Therapy for OCD\, Anxiety and Depression
DESCRIPTION:Using imagery as a creative reflection tool\, participants will explore their own experiences\, voices\, stories\, and hopes for change through art.\nUsing Storyteller cards to invite expression and observation\, we will explore these questions: \nHow do we tell our stories?\nHow do we find our voices? \nParticipants will be guided through these enquiries by combining response art\, journal words and the making of our own Story teller card \nWhy Art Therapy :\nAn arts-based approach offers a creative and accessible way to explore and express personal experiences\, thoughts and emotions that can sometimes be difficult to communicate through words alone. Using the cards as creative prompts encourages individual interpretation\, self-expression and shared understanding\, while giving participants choice and control over what they wish to explore and share.\nThis approach supports the theme “Lived Experience\, Real Voices\, Real Change” by creating space for diverse perspectives\, creativity and meaningful reflection.
