Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, the Development Manager, Sponsorships & Corporate Relations will join the development department at a fast-paced, growing organization and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-based work environment. The Development Manager, Sponsorships & Corporate Relations will manage and grow a robust sponsorship program across all IOCDF events including the Conference Series, Walk Series, and Training Institute. This will involve crafting innovative sponsorship offerings and strategies, along with actively soliciting and overseeing sponsorships. Responsibilities also include conducting prospect research, engaging in outreach to potential sponsors, building meaningful relationships, and providing detailed reports on sponsorship activities. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position will require 3 days in office (Boston) per week, with the option to work remotely two days. Occasional travel required.
Qualifications
- A 4-year degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Principal Responsibilities

- Create sponsorship prospectuses outlining levels and opportunities across events, working with relevant staff to offer competitive benefits reflective of industry.
- Develop customized proposals for sponsors outlining opportunities tailored to their specific needs.
- Work with the team to market sponsorship opportunities to IOCDF’s community in order to solicit sponsors.
- Build relationships with current and potential sponsors as point person for all sponsorship communications, and conduct regular meetings/debriefs.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure all sponsorship benefits are completed in an accurate and timely manner, providing internal and external deadlines.
- Complete sponsorship reports after each event, utilizing data to measure impact and reach.
- Conduct prospect research on potential sponsors and corporate donors.
- Build and manage prospective and current funder portfolios.
- Ensure that agreements, invoices, and receipts are completed and shared with funders, creating templates for each event.
- Strategize and develop vehicles for corporate philanthropic partnership opportunities (grants, fundraisers, in kind-donations, volunteering opportunities, etc.)
- Complete grant applications and solicit corporate gifts.
- Work with the Development Team to develop corporate workplace giving strategies.
- Update funding activities and pull reports in CRM database (Salesforce)

The Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences invites applications for a postdoctoral clinical research fellowship with emphasis on obsessive-compulsive disorder, and related conditions. Under the mentorship of Drs. Our IOP operates Monday through Thursday 2pm-5pm. All children and teens are paired directly with a therapist for the entirety of the program hours, and engage in individual ERP throughout the majority of the afternoons. In addition to individual ERP, kids/teens participate in groups with the other patients in our program, as well as multi-family groups. Parents regularly participate in family meetings and a weekly parent group. We involve parents regularly in our treatment, including for HW review and daily check-out, and occasionally for exposures. Our IOP is directed by Dr. Lindsey Bergman, who has decades of experience founding and directing intensive programs for children and teens with OCD. We provide group supervision (with individual supervision as needed).

The UF OCD Program provides 60 minute therapy sessions to children, adolescents, and adults with OCD, anxiety, or related disorders. Appointments may be scheduled as frequently as once per day and can be delivered in clinic, over telehealth, or off-site as clinically indicated. Our primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). The Child OCD Program at Emory (COPE), housed within the Emory Child and Adolescent Mood Program (CAMP) in the Department of Psychiatry at Emory School of Medicine, is seeking qualified candidates for a one-year postdoctoral fellowship position. The fellowship will involve 50% time on direct clinical care and 50% time on program development, practicum student supervision, and research and outreach projects.

This 2 year research fellowship position is within the clinical research lab of Dr. Rebecca Shaffer whose research focuses on Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotion dysregulation, and fragile X syndrome. The fellow will work directly on two funded intervention trials focused on Regulating Together, 1) Department of Defense Clinical Trial examining facilitators and barriers to treatment success, and 2) an NICHD R01
examining the additive effects of canine assistance. The fellow will participate in psychological testing, physiological measurement and analysis of heart rate variability, cognitive flexibility computer testing, and intervention implementation including with Regulating Together, canine assisted, and an executive functioning skills group. Other active studies in the lab focus on phenotyping, early diagnosis and intervention, and fragile X intervention. Scope and Responsibilities
The Mental Health Therapists will join the company’s expanding team of providers to treat adolescents and young adults with debilitating anxiety, OCD, and co-occurring disorders through an intensive treatment model, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), skill development, experiential activities, and psychoeducation.
The team utilizes an Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) modality for individuals presenting with anxiety and OCD and all Anxiety Institute therapists are internally trained in ERP and other treatment techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills modules. Therapists also benefit from individual and peer group supervision as well as twice-weekly team meetings to advance their expertise, effectiveness, and clinical skills.
Therapists will deliver Anxiety Institute’s state of the art, evidence-based treatment in daily individual and group sessions of five to six hours of direct client treatment per day and provide support for treatment plans, collaborating with peers, and coaching families to facilitate treatment. Initial case load will be light to allow time for internal training but will eventually reach 12-15 clients in active treatment with program responsibilities shared with other professionals. At full operation, the office will have six to eight clinical professionals.
Typical Daily Activities include:
• Up to 28 hours a week of direct client treatment to adolescents and young adults with anxiety and related disorders such as obsessive-compulsive behavior and trauma-related disorders.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Conduct family-based interventions with parents/caregivers to ensure attendance, commitment, and completion of treatment.
• Collaborate with medical director on cases requiring pharmacotherapy.
• Acquire and maintain clinical knowledge, skills, and standards set forth by the American Psychological Association (APA), National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and/or American Counseling Association (ACA).
• Collaborate with fellow professionals to improve clinical outcomes and strengthen organizational productivity and effectiveness.
• Once established in the core practice, provide outpatient therapy to community members in a revenue sharing arrangement.
