Narrative of Services:

I provide individual and group therapy for adults in Central Austin. I also provide home visits for older adults. My practice specializes in hoarding disorder, trauma, depression, anxiety, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
Depression and trauma can exist with hoarding disorder so I will utilize modalities to address these situations.

Meeting Day & Frequency: Six Fridays 1:00-2:30 (repeat every 9 weeks)
Open To: Persons living with a person who hoards or grew up in a family with a hoarder.
Fee: $20
Group Description: This group will be supported with a trained clinician who treats hoarding disorder and well as co-ocurring issues such as anxiety/OCD, depression, developmental trauma, and complex trauma. Each module consists of 6 sessions. Module 1 focuses on education about the disorder. Modules 2-6 include guest speakers who also work in the field of clutter, organization, psychotherapy, and psychiatry.


Training Description:

I earned an MSW from University of Texas Arlington in 1996. I have been a professional member of the National Association of Social Workers since 1993. I joined IOCDF in 2017 after graduating from the BTTI program. I am completing the Somatic Experiencing Practitioner program (one module remaining). I consult with Nancy Brown, LPC and Dr. Bruce Mansbridge.
