Narrative of Services:

My practice focuses solely on the treatment of OCD and related disorders. I treat patients across the lifespan beginning at age 6. I offer sessions through a secure video conferencing system, so Idaho residents across the state can access effective care. Sessions are conducted in the comfort of your home and can diminish the cost and time of driving to appointments. My clinical practice is focused on OCD and related disorders, includes Tics/Tourette and Body Focused Repetitive Behavior. I provide evidence based treatments such as Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) and the ComB model for BFRBs such as Trichotillomania and Skin Picking.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My clinical interests and treatment methods lie heavily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy specific to OCD and Anxiety. I completed my graduate fellowship at the University of Tennessee Center for Developmental Disabilities and am a BTTI graduate. I have been featured in various publications, news program, podcasts and the like. I hold licenses in 6 states in the USA and also see patients in various countries around the world. I feel a good clinician never stops learning and I keep up to date on all research.

I have extensive experience working with diverse populations. I currently treat patients on 6 continents, including native tribes, international communities, and did extensive work in East Africa over the course of 2 years. I am educated and sensitive to cultural issues and their interplay with treatment.
