Intensive outpatient treatment focuses on developing and implementing an exposure therapy with response prevention (ERP) plan, and includes weekly medication management (optional), group therapy, and family therapy (optional) in addition to individual sessions. The program meets approximately 3 hours daily, 4 days per week, for 2-4 weeks. Treatment is individualized for each person’s unique needs, interests, and goals.
