Narrative of Services:
Our program offers consultation services (medication or behavioral therapy focus), group therapy, and intensive outpatient therapy for OCD and other concerns including Body Dsymorphic Disorder, social anxiety, panic disorder, and phobias.
Intensive outpatient treatment focuses on developing and implementing an exposure therapy with response prevention (ERP) plan, and includes weekly medication management (optional), group therapy, and family therapy (optional) in addition to individual sessions. The program meets approximately 3 hours daily, 4 days per week, for 2-4 weeks. Treatment is individualized for each person’s unique needs, interests, and goals.
