Training Description:
Dr. Cerda is a licensed psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents experiencing OCD and anxiety. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Master of Education, and Doctorate degrees from Texas A&M University. She completed an APA-accredited internship at the Texas Child Study Center and Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, Texas. Dr. Cerda received training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (T-F CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and parent child interaction therapy (PCIT). She also completed training in CBT for pediatric OCD through a partnership between the IOCDF and Massachusetts General Hospital’s Psychiatry Academy.
