Blake A Cranmer LSCSW
When I initially began treating OCD and BFRB’s, I started with a few client’s of each. I have since been continuing to research and learn about treatment, as well as further specializing myself through marketing to treat BFRBs and OCD. I currently have approximately 60% of my caseload who is being treated for either OCD or BFRBs.
I have completed the TLC Virtual Professional Training Institute for treating Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors and have been treating BFRBs for 1.5 years. I have also been pursuing training opportunities including webinars from IOCDF and Massachusett’s General Hospital for treating OCD related disorders. I have training in using Exposure Response Prevention Therapy to treat OCD and have been providing therapy services using this model to client’s with OCD for approximately 1.5 years. I hope to attend a BTTI training in the future to continue furthering my training.
Diversity Statement:
As a Clinical Social Worker, cultural competency is something I have been mindful about throughout all of my education, training, and supervision process. I seek opportunities to increase cultural competency and awareness of my own cultural biases regularly, and I recognize how much of an impact culture can have on each individual and their treatment.
