Narrative of Services:

When it comes to your treatment options with a variety of OC related disorders, you have choices. These include individual therapy, and/or intensive 1×1 ERP . For people who have never had CBT for OCD, a 10-session group therapy is offered periodically. Therapist-directed exposure practice in the field (i.e., Home Visits) is often desirable as is family therapy (for those living with loved ones).
Facilities accessible by clients of all mobility levels (ADA accessible): Yes

Training Description:

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the Univ. of Illinois, Chicago in 1988, one of the first programs to offer an exclusive track in CBT. I’ve been treating OCD patients, individually and in groups therapies, for more than 30 years. Before moving into private practice, I was the Director of the Mood and Anxiety Disorders Center at a major hospital system where I also supervised psychiatry and psychology trainees. These teaching experiences helped me to develop simple ways to convey complex principles, consult with other clinicians, and motivate patients to use ERP.
