Narrative of Services:

Portland Anxiety Clinic, LLC is a treatment, research, and training clinic committed to helping people overcome OCD and related conditions. We provide effective treatment so people can live fuller and more meaningful lives. Our approach is active and focused on our patients’ individual needs, values, and specific life situations. 100% of our practice is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those who suffer from OCD and related conditions. We provide individual and group treatment. We are the only clinic in the state that offers an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program developed and run by doctorate level practitioners.

Dr. Duede has training and experience helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety spectrum disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, suicidal ideation and self-harm, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, ADHD, trauma, and relational difficulties.

Dr. Duede has a warm, relational, and collaborative approach. She practices from an integrative framework that utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, play therapy techniques, and other expressive modalities to best meet an individual’s unique needs. Dr. Duede also strongly encourages family involvement in the treatment process and attempts to work and collaborate with the systems in which the child and family are connected.

Training Description:

Dr. Duede is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Oregon. She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in child and adolescent psychology, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Duede has worked in a variety of settings with children, adolescents, and families struggling with a range of emotional, behavioral, and social concerns.
