I am well versed in the use of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and have published materials on exposure therapy for both clients and clinicians. I have OCD myself as well as firsthand experience with the challenges and rewards of exposure work. My passion is guiding clients through this powerful treatment!

I focus heavily on the treatment of OCD and anxiety, which comprise the main concerns of most of my clients. I have followed the research on OCD treatment for years and have consulted with experienced clinicians, including a recognized expert in the field.

I work with clients from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds. My approach is culturally sensitive and involves regular conversations about clients’ cultural framework and how that impacts their goals and treatment.

Cultural competency was a key focus of my graduate training. In my work with clients, I routinely take into account clients’ cultural beliefs, values, and practices, adjusting my approach accordingly.

On a more personal note, my experience living and working abroad for around eight years heightened my awareness of cultural factors and their importance. These insights inform my work with clients.
