I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, educator and trainer with 20+ years experience treating OCD, anxiety and related disorders, which currently comprises about one-third of my practice. Training includes participation in workshops, seminars, continuing educational opportunities and self-taught experiences in OCD and related issues, including OCD, hoarding/clutter/chronic disorganization, BFRB’s (body focused repetitive behaviors such as hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting), trauma and cancer-related issues. I offer counseling, psychotherapy, hypnosis, and teach clients mindfulness/meditation/present-moment living skills.
