Narrative of Services:

Online therapy for OCD and Anxiety Disorders using only evidence-based practices including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Therapy. Habit Reversal Training is used to treat body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). Behavioral Activation and CBT is used for Depression. 75% of my clients have OCD, 25% have an anxiety disorder. Therapy is offered in CO, UT, NV, AZ, WA, IL, and NJ.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

In addition to OCD I treat the common co-occurring disorders—social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, specific phobias, generalized anxiety, and illness anxiety—as well as depression, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Therapy. These evidence-based techniques provide effective tools for managing and overcoming the challenges associated with these conditions, empowering clients to lead fuller, more satisfying lives.
