Narrative of Services:

I have been treating clients with OCD for the last four years in private practice in Raleigh, NC. About 30% of my clients have OCD and/or OC Related disorders. I have treated mostly adult clients with OCD (including intrusive thoughts), and sometimes adolescents. I specialize in anxiety disorders, mood disorders and those in recovery from addictions.

Training Description:

I am a graduate of East Carolina University. I am licensed as an LPC and LCAS in NC. I have been trained in CBT, ACT and ERP. I have attended workshops and training in OCD from BTTI through IOCDF’s Scientific Advisory Board, and professionals associated with Duke University as well as UNC. I regularly consult with local experts in the field.

Diversity Statement:

As a counselor in practice for over ten years, I have been honored to work with clients from diverse backgrounds including different cultures, ethnicities, and across the spectrum in terms of gender. I counsel clients from the age range of 12 years old to over 65 years old.
My training as a counselor has included working with diverse populations to address sensitivity and compentcy in cultural and ethnicity and gender. I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy working with clients from all different backgrounds, and identities.
