I specialize in the outpatient treatment of PTSD, OCD, social anxiety, and substance abuse. Treatment begins with a thorough individualized screening and assessment with tools like the OCI and the Y-BOCS. Following this, we will begin to log and better understand your unique compulsions. Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP, an effective evidence-based behavioral treatment for OCD), we will engage in live and imagined exposures to help you confront your fears and learn to live life without engaging in problematic compulsions.
