Narrative of Services:

I have been in practice for over 18 years. About 50% of my practice primarily focuses on treating patients with: OCD, Pure O, depression, relationship issues, fear, grief, childhood issues, addictions, condependency, self esteem, anger and anxiety related disorders. I offer a variety of treatment options, experience and knowledge. My goals include helping clients achieve awareness and mindfulness, reduce symptom triggers and increase relief. I provide patients with an individualized consultation and treatment plan that includes: handouts, CBT/ERP exercises, self soothing techniques and coping skills. My therapeutic goal is to offer a safe place to work on difficult issues.

I usually see clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety or stress disorder simultaneously with an addictive disorder such as: alcohol, substance abuse, shopping, porn, food or internet addiction. I focus on unconditional regard and CBT techniques to reduce feelings of shame and increase positive self esteem, self image and self care.
