Narrative of Services:
My practice is small – I currently carry a caseload of not more than 30 clients, approximately 20% of which struggle with OCD, anxiety related to health, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, and hoarding. During the span of my 10 year career as a counsellor at a non-profit agency, I estimate that I have worked with upwards of 100 clients struggling with the effects of OCD.
Facilities accessible by clients of all mobility levels (ADA accessible): No
Training Description:

I began to seek out training and information on OCD and intrusive thinking early in my clinical career as it was clear to me that I needed to be better equipped to assist my clients who were struggling with the effects of OCD. I have attended CBT based workshops offered by Drs Reid Wilson and Marc Antony on OCD, health anxiety, and perfectionism, and more recently an intensive mindfulness workshop with Ron Siegel, Psy.D. I am always seeking out more information to be of better use to my clients in their struggles with OCD.
