I have treated a small percertage of clients with OCD over the years. As I was going through the ExRP training, I realized many cases of OCD I missed over the years. Regrettably, I contributed to the many years of misdiagnosis for those clients! This has increased my motivation to properly assess clients for OCD. I have provided OCD treatment for approximately 30 clients and am currently doing ExRP with one client and encouraging three other clients to consider ExRP. I have used CBT, exposure therapy and Brainspotting for my other OCD clients.

I am a national Masters Addictions Counselor (MAC), a Certified Imago Relational therapist and workshop presenter, and I am trained in Brainspotting. I work with many individuals with mood disorders/anxiety, addictions, relational issues, and adolescent/tween adjustment struggles. I am on some insurance panels and accept cash pay clients in office or over Telehealth. I now offer ExRP to OCD clients as well.

I have recently (7/2021) completed ExRP intensive 4 day training for Adults and the 1 day ExRP training for peds/adolescent through UPenn (CTSA). I have been in private practice for 22 years treating my OCD clients with CBT, some exposure therapy, and Brainspotting. I will be participating in the IOCD Conference in Oct, 2021.
