Narrative of Services:
I utilize exposure and response prevention in treating children, adolescents, and adults with OCD. For children, I incorporate parents into treatment as appropriate. I utilize a variety of exposure techniques including ERP, imaginal exposures, in-vivo exposure, and interoceptive exposure.
I am a licensed psychologist with 10 years of providing evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. I completed my graduate training at the University of Virginia and pre-doctoral and post-doctoral training at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore. I have attended the Pediatric IOCDF training as well as received advanced CBT training at the Beck Institute.
