Prior to my current private practice business, I worked for 9 years at the OCD Institute at McLean Hospital. Last positions held there were Director of Psychological Services and Director of Training. I was also a behavior therapist at Massachusetts General Hospital’s OCD Clinic and Research Unit for over 15 years. Internship and post-doctoral work was at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Graduate training was at the University of Denver’s School of Professional Psychology. In my practice currently at the Center for Behavioral Health, LLC, I work with teens and adults with OCD and OC related disorders as well as people with depression, panic, and many varieties of anxiety. Cognitive behavioral therapeutic goals include: education, learning coping strategies to reduce areas of concern, enhance self-confidence, and regain quality of life.
