Narrative of Services:

New business: OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center – Asheville, PLLC.

Over the years my primary clinical focus has been with those struggling with OCD, hoarding, body focused repetitive rituals (hair-pulling and skin-picking), OC Spectrum concerns, panic and depression. I have treated so many individuals over my history in the mental health field I have lost count. Although it varies, about a one-third to one-half of my caseload has been kids and teens, with two-thirds to one-half being adults and seniors. Most sessions are individual, although family involvement is important when working with kids and teens.
