Narrative of Services:
Huddle.care is an online group therapy platform based on acceptance-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We treat anxiety disorders and OCD. After an online psychiatric assessment and video chat consultation, patients are placed in small groups that meet weekly with a licensed psychologist. These semi-structured groups include education, skills training, and support. Recommitment to the group occurs on a monthly basis. Individual video chat sessions are also offered.

Dr. Maggie Perry is a Chicago-based licensed psychologist in California, Maryland, and Illinois. She holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Loyola University Maryland and a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Michigan. She trained at the Anxiety and Stress Disorders Institute of Maryland under nationally-recognized anxiety experts. During her training, she also taught undergraduate, masters, and doctoral level courses on anxiety disorder treatment and group therapy at Loyola University Maryland and Towson University. Prior to founding Huddle.care, Dr. Perry practiced independently as a licensed psychologist in San Francisco.
