I work with OCD and other anxiety disorders (including skin picking, trich, GAD and panic disorder) using CBT and ERP, and IBA, as well as with Mindfulness Practice- with an emphasis on cognitive therapy, before ERP. I have been successful in treating many severe cases, without medication.

I am trained in CBT through Tel Hashomer/ Bar Ilan University. I have worked with many clients who have OCD and scrupulosity issues, especially orthodox and charedi women and girls.
