Narrative of Services:
I am a psychologist in private practice utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for treating adolescents and adults who suffer from OCD, anxiety disorders, chronic worrying, social anxiety, panic disorder, depression, Perfectionism and other disorders. I am compassionate about those I work with and will work interactively with you to achieve results. I use evidence-based approaches that are proven to be the most effective and rapid methods of symptom reduction. I participate in continuing education to learn about OCD and anxiety disorders to stay abreast of the most current treatments. I am involved with ongoing TEAM CBT training by David Burns, MD.

I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Counseling in 1986 from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR and then earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology in 1994 from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology (CA). I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (1990) and a licensed Psychologist (1997). I have 29 years of experience working with adolescents and adults using evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat depression and anxiety disorders. I began treating OCD in 2004 after graduating from the BTTI program that the IOCDF sponsors. I use Exposure and Response Prevention and Cognitive behavioral techniques.
Certification of completing the Exposure and Ritual Prevention for OCD Workshop by the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania.
