Bradley Reynolds, ED.D.
Narrative of Services:
I currently have an outpatient practice in Lexington where I draw upon such cognitive and behavioral techniques as ERP, systematic desensitization, diaphragmatic breathing, mindfulness, DBT, ACT, cognitive restructuring and related skills development in service of anxiety mastery. I have treated persons with severe OCD for over 20 years. Approximately 40 to 50 percent of my practice is devoted to anxiety related problems (including co-morbid eating disorders, social phobias, and multiple avoidances).
I have a doctorate in psychology from Boston University. I have over 20 years of inpatient and outpatient experience in treating adolescents and adults with complex anxiety-related disorders including treatment-resistant OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, depression, and behavioral avoidant conditions. Post doctoral internship was completed at Behavior Associates of Boston/Institute for Behavior Therapy. I draw primarily upon cognitive behavioral interventions while remaining attentive to psychodynamic and social factors.
