Narrative of Services:
I am part of a group practice that offers Individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults. We provide Adult and Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy, ERP, Prolonged Exposure, psychological testing, EMDR, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Couples and Family therapy, and Walk Talk Therapy. 50% of my practice is seeing clients with OCD and doing ERP. 90% of my clients have either PTSD, CPTSD or some form of an attachment disorder which often overlap with OCD.
Most of my clients have more than one diagnosis. Typical diagnoses I work with are Major Depressive Disorder, various Anxiety Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), CPTSD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Eating Disorders, substance abuse, and various Phobia’s. Some of the treatments I do are ERP for OCD, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, trauma and attachment work and Dialectical Behavior Therapy; group and individual therapy for adolescents and adults. I also do couples and family therapy, along with supervision and consultation.

I have been extensively trained in evidence-based treatments. I have been trained by Center for Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) in Prolonged Exposure and Exposure Response Prevention and have been treating PTSD and OCD for the past 10 years. I have met supervision requirements to be certified in those treatments. I participate in ongoing consultation weekly for ERP and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have been intensively trained in DBT by BTech since 2002. I have been in practice for 17 years doing evidence-based treatments. Various forms of these three treatments go hand in hand with my clients.
I have had additional training in the LGBTQ population.
I have had classwork on multiculturalism and attended various trainings around different populations.
