Narrative of Services:
Dr. Robison has over 15 years of experience in the evaluation and treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders, ADHD, Learning Disorders, depression and low self-esteem, high-functioning autism-spectrum disorders, and behavioral difficulties. The therapeutic process starts with an intake appointment with parents to discuss present concerns in the context of the child’s developmental, family, medical, social, educational, and psychological history. Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long, once per week. Parents are included (either alone or with their child) for a portion of each session. Therapeutic activities are developmentally appropriate, using games, play, humor and activities as appropriate.
Services offered include psycho-educational evaluation, parent consultation or coaching, and individual/family therapy.

Dr. Robison has a Ph.D. (doctorate) in psychology from Tulane University. Tulane’s program is accredited by the American Psychological association, and included 4 years of coursework, 2000 hours of supervised practicum experience, and a 1-year internship treating children in school, clinic, and hospital settings. Dr. Robison is licensed by the Louisiana Board of Psychology for the independent practice of psychology. She has over 15 years of clinical experience and has completed formal training in the treatment of Pediatric OCD through the International OCD Foundation.
