We are a multi-disciplinary team of mental health specialists offering cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders and depression. We provide short-term solution focused CBT techniques and strategies to all ages of individuals, couples, families, and group therapies. Cognitive behavior therapy is a brieg, goal-oriented approach. Treatment involves helping you develop effective ways of coping with the problem that you are having to enable you to apply those techniques independently in the future. CBT has been developed over the last 40 years and is the approach most thoroughly evaluated scientifically for a wide range of problems.
