Struggling with anxiety or depression? Dealing with Obsessions and Rituals? Finding it difficult to cope with stress? Stuck in an unhealthy routine? With 15+ years of experience, I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a supportive environment, encouraging change at a pace that feels right for you. More than 50% of my practice is focused on OCD and related disorders and I have helped people from very diverse backgrounds.

Training Description:

I have been a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist since 2000 and have specialized in the treatment of OCD and related disorders since 2010. I was trained at Columbia University Medical Center, where I still work as a Psychotherapist and Project Director. I have also attended intensive training workshops at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania. I also teach Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at New York University.
