Anna Schrack, PhD
Narrative of Services:
I provide evidence-based treatment for OCD and related disorders. These disorders include social anxiety, phobias, hoarding, trichotillomania, skin picking/excoriation. I am trained to use evidenced-based practices such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Currently, approximately two-thirds of my caseload includes indivdiuals with OCD and related disorders.
Due to the nature and success of the University of Florida intensive OCD Program, individuals from all over the world would participate in the program for treatment.
I am a licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist. My training includes three years of experience with the University of Florida Intensive OCD Program. While with UF, I was able to treat many children, adolescents, and adults with OCD and related disorders. My experience in the schools helps to provide families with guidance for students who struggle with anxiety. I continue to keep up to date on the latest treatment recommendations. I am now in private practice in Tampa, Florida.
