I have been a staff therapist at the Orange County branch of the OCD Center of Los Angeles since 2018. I work exclusively with clients with OCD and related OC spectrum disorders, including Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Phobias, Trichotillomania and Dermatillomania. Our program focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). We treat adults, adolescents, and children, and offer individual therapy, group therapy, online therapy, and an intensive outpatient program. We have 12 therapists on staff, and offer services six days a week. We have four office locations in Southern California.

I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University in Orange, CA, and my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Redlands. Prior to joining the staff of the OCD Center of Los Angeles, I worked as a psychotherapist at The Gateway Institute in Costa Mesa, CA, where I specialized in the treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders. While there, I provided individual therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient treatment using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness. I have extensive experience working with OCD, Social Anxiety, Phobias, Dermatillomania and Trichotillomania.
