Mary Torres, LMHC
Narrative of Services:
Since BTTI training my practice is at least 75-80% OCD/BFRB/BDD or other acute/chronic anxiety disorders. Over 100 clients.
Our new group practice offers individual counseling, support groups, intensive treatment groups, and training for new therapists. This allows us to offer sliding scale sessions for those who are without insurance or out of network.
We also offer online counseling for those across the state of Washington who cannot travel to either of our locations.
We treat co-occurring depression, bi-polar, substance abuse, generalized anxiety/chronic worry, phobia, social phobia, panic.
Post initial BTTI in 2016 I have taken each BTTI offered, attended multiple consult groups with experts in the field who are on the Scientific Advisory Board. And I have attended each IOCDF conference. I lead support groups at the conference and will present a seminar at the 2019 conference in Austin.
Advocacy for OCD and related disorders is my highest priority as a mental health therapist.
Our offices are located in some of the most diverse zip codes in the United States.
