My treatment approach is collaborative and compassionate, and consists of evidence based cognitive behavioral treatments. These include ERP, acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavioral intervention for tics (CBIT). I also treat PTSD and the the full range of anxiety disorders.

Additional options include 90 minute session, multiple weekly sessions and teletherapy.

Bipolar Disorder is characterized by sustained and dramatic mood changes , and can co-occur with OCD. I am experienced in both the implementation of Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), an evidence based psychotherapy for BP disorder, as well as the treatment of OCD.
