Call, text, or email for a free 30 minute consultation. Some insurance accepted. Evening appointments available. Walking distance from CU campus and the bus stop (1 block). Specialized treatment of OCD, using evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Out of office appointments can be part of the exposure therapy plan, as well as education and support for loved ones of those affected by OCD. As the OCD treatments improve your level of functioning, it may also be important to attend to other problem areas of your life. Boulder Counseling provides a range of services to address eating disorders, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, depression, and the full spectrum of anxiety disorders (phobias, social anxiety disorder/shyness, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, school stress and performance anxiety).
