Narrative of Services:

I am a North Carolina State Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a private practice in Cary, NC. I specialize in CBT and treat adults with mood and anxiety disorders. I have worked with hundreds of clients with OCD and OC Related Disorders with great success using CBT and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) techniques. Anxiety (worry, panic, social, health, agoraphobia, etc.), depression, insomnia and chronic health conditions treated using CBT.

Training Description:

I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1999. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at San Francisco General Hospital and my post-doctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco obtaining extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I worked for several years at the San Francisco Bay Area Center for Cognitive Therapy before entering private practice. I am also a Founding Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I have treated clients with OCD/OC Related Disorders throughout my training and specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders in my private practice.
