Clearview Horizons: Mindfulness Meditation Group
An extensive body of literature supports the helpfulness of integrating mindfulness and meditation practices into everyday life. Moreover, these practices are highly valuable for individuals who are experiencing a range of challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, OCD, and eating/body image related struggles. The Mindfulness Mediation Group provides a therapeutic and supportive atmosphere to practice and cultivate mindfulness skills and participate in guided meditations. Education regarding mindfulness and meditation principles and exercises, along with group discussions are also components of the group.
