Grand Rapids OCD Support Group of Grand Rapids
OCD Support Group of Grand Rapids is for people dedicated to managing and reducing the effect of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) in their lives. We meet every Monday from 6:30 to 8:00 pm in Room 302 of the Howenstein Library at Aquinas College. Our purpose is to connect people with OCD in a safe and relaxing atmosphere. Meetings are divided into three parts: Discussion, Learning & ERP-Goal Setting. We also participate in recreational group activities from time to time.
